This is a website designed to host all the stories that I write and place up on my Substack: The Storybird. I'm a bit of an aspiring writer with "aspiring" performing a lot of heavy lifting. Brother's Keeper - Book of Cain
This is the first part of my biblical retelling of the Cain and Abel story. Partially inspired by Madeline Miller's Circe, this is Genesis through the eyes of Cain, the first murderer. The "Book of Cain" is supposed to be the first portion of a much larger project where we follow Cain through different periods and epochs of his life - cursed to wander by God Almighty.
